Network busy try again later, no updating for a month now

    Havn't been able to update for a month now. I've rebooted and tried many times a day.
    Any help would be great.

     Hi, it is fine to download software here. What is the serial number please? Please try to download software with different internet networks, in case our server is blocked by your own network.

    Serial number is V09G50420130.
    I've tried through my phone via 4G hotspot.
    It's on a dedicated network in our shop/store.

    I'll take it home to my personal WIFI network tonight and report back here, thank you
    for responding.

    So it is very likely that your store network has blocked our IP addresse. Please make sure all the IP addresses and ports Nos. are added to white list of your firewall setting:

    Exactly what it is, the update goes flawlessly on my home network.
    I just think it's crazy that our corporate I.T. dept. would set up a dedicated network
    andat the same time, block the verry thing it was to be used for.
    I'll have a word or two with them.
